Blueberry Hill Chocolate Chip cookies with nuts! For over 40 years, Blueberry Hill has baked these wonderful cookies in our country kitchen using the same simple, delicious recipe. The cookies have become the Blueberry Hill trademark for the many inn guests, hikers, bikers, and skiers that pass through daily—one dozen large freshly baked cookies.
Ingredients: Flour, chocolate chips, walnuts, unsalted butter, sugar, eggs, rolled oats, baking soda, pure vanilla, and salt.

Our granola is made inn-house and offered daily to our guests. Delicious with your favorite milk, yogurt, or as a delicious snack. Not too sweet. $15 a pound. Simple packaging.
Ingredients: oats, walnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, sunny seeds, pepitas, dried blueberries, brown sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg.
Crafted each spring from maple sap collected in a Goshen mountain sugarbush and boiled over our wood-fired evaporator, this is the syrup we use exclusively at the Inn. This rich maple syrup has a naturally complex flavor and aroma. Every drop of our organic maple syrup is boiled, filtered and bottled by hand in our neighbor's sugar house just down the road from the inn at the Republic of Vermont. 16oz glass bottle.
Honey, produced locally by the same friends and neighbors who produce the maple syrup- Republic of Vermont.
The unique flavor of our Vermont wildflower honey is the product of the location the local bee yards and the particular variety of plants and flowers our bees visit. This honey is never heated to preserve its true flavor and natural enzymes and we do not treat our bees with any chemicals or miticides.

A note on raw honey: This honey has never been heated which means it crystallizes over time. This thickening of the honey is completely natural and does not mean the honey has gone bad. You can enjoy it crystalized or place it in warm water to gently return it to liquid form.
