Meet Your Retreat Guides

We are thrilled to bring together exceptional practitioners

Kelsey Certified Vedic chef and instructor

Kelsey Duckett is an Ayurvedic chef, storyteller, recipe maker, and founder of FeedingWisdom™, a practice rooted in the understanding that nourishment goes deeper than just making healthy food choices.

Raised in northern Wisconsin, Kelsey's earliest relationship with food was shaped by her grandparents and their 1,500-square-foot garden, where she witnessed the rhythm of life that unfolds when food is simply food—grown, gathered, prepared, and digested without judgment.

Her introduction to Ayurveda came in 2016, when a friend dropped off a cookbook and said, “I've been meaning to give this to you. It reminds me of the way you cook.” At the time, even the pronunciation of Ayurveda was unknown to Kelsey (eye-yur-veda, for anyone curious). But something about it felt familiar, connecting the wisdom of her upbringing with a tradition she would spend the next decade studying, both independently and formally, including her Ayurvedic chef certification at Hale Pule in Bali and studies in yoga and Ayurveda.

Today, through FeedingWisdom, Kelsey brings traditional Ayurvedic wisdom into everyday life through simple cooking methods, thoughtful organization, recipes, and storytelling that connect nourishment in the kitchen to life beyond it.

Rather than prescribing what a nourishing life should look like for everyone, her work is about creating the space for them to recognize that for themselves, what feeds their wisdom.

Nikki Yoga & Mindfulness
Owner, Vinyasa and Restorative Teacher, and Yoga Therapist

Falling in love with Yoga was a head-over-heels kind of tumble for Nikki. Enjoying the improved flexibility and ease that came along with her practice that began in 2012, Nikki followed the flow she’d found herself in and immersed herself in 500 hours of Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. Inspired and committed to growing as a teacher, she would go on to complete 800 hours of Yoga Therapy training and 50 hours of Yoga Nidra training. Nikki has brought her experience to students around the globe in various settings, encouraging them to explore the connections between the mind, body, and breath. From her fiery vinyasa flow classes to her soft and sweet restorative sessions, her dedication, curiosity, and creativity allow her to weave her unique knowledge & magic into every sequence she designs.
