All of our rates are per person per night and include a full breakfast ( juice, pastry, granola & yogurt, fruit and hot entrée of the day), a full dinner preceded by hors d'oeuvres, bottomless jar of cookies, coffee and tea, and use of wood fired sauna. Our Winter Rates includes all of the above plus trail fees for our ski and snowshoe trails just outside your door and NEW THIS YEAR it also includes a trail pass to Rikert Nordic Ski Center in nearby Ripton. (Rikert is installing snowmaking equipment just in case mother nature doesnt cooperate.) Soup is complimentary to inn guests between 12-2 in the ski center.

Deposit Policy: We request $100 deposit per room, per night to confirm your reservation. |

| Cancellation Policy: While we appreciate that there are many reasons to cancel, we are only able to refund your deposit (less a $25 processing fee) in the event that we are able to resell the room. If we were unable to resell your reservation we will hold your deposit for one year to be used toward a future stay with us. Deposit will then be forfeited if you do not rebook and stay with us in that one year time period. Any cancellation made on the day of arrival, or early check out will incur full charges for all nights reserved. | ||||||
